🧾 Role Overview — your Head of Finance & Accounts

You are seeking a strategic finance leader to oversee and elevate the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive financial accounting and reporting processes.

• Drive timely and precise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.

• Lead the preparation and submission of monthly financial reports.

• Manage internal and external audits to ensure the successful completion of statutory audit obligations.

• Ensure full compliance with prevailing tax laws and financial reporting standards.

• Maintain robust financial governance across all business units.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 16 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles, preferably within EPC projects or the electronics, mechanical, civil, or water industries.
